Compass CEO - ALL IN!
I completely love that our Compass CEO, Robert Reffkin who is based in NYC does in person visits to the hundreds of offices (with 39,000 agents) throughout the USA every year. Today he and his wife Benis were at my Newport Beach office which was standing room only- couple hundred of us squished in the door standing shoulder to shoulder in layers.
Robert was personally part of my recruiting as a founding member of the original Compass- Orange County office here in Newport Beach 6 years ago. He calls me and emails me on the anniversary of my joining Compass every year. I can email him or call him anytime. The last time I emailed him he responded within 5 minutes and followed up with a quick call…it was 8pm in New York on a Wednesday night—-who does that!? Robert Reffkin the hardest working CEO in real estate!
